I created this brand because I got tired of the way women are expected to approach relationships.
We're told to have standards, but not too many.
To be independent, but still somehow make ourselves smaller for a man's comfort.
To give, compromise, understand, support and be patient—and then feel guilty when we expect some of that effort back.
I don't believe that's the only way relationships have to work.
Nneoma Richard is a space for honest conversations about love, money, standards, boundaries and the things women are often made to feel guilty for wanting.
I'm particularly interested in the grey areas.
Can you be an independent woman and still want a man who provides?
Can you appreciate traditional relationship roles without giving up your autonomy?
When does being understanding become over-tolerating?
And when are you genuinely asking for too much?
I don't think every woman needs the same answers.
I think you need to know your answers—and be confident enough to live by them.
That's what this brand is about.
No games. No pretending men are the enemy. No telling women they have to become hard to be respected.
Just better conversations, clearer standards and relationships where you don't have to disappear to keep someone.
